I am now a server in training and it’s really fun so far. I love people and I’m sure I will love serving. The people are alot like coffee shop customers… You know the well off people who only want to be treated specail and like things certain ways. I love that. I think it’s great that I get to make their day go well and basically change the world through the influance I have over my customers’ disposition and I also get to give them little hints of how to solve problems by being nice. I like being a server of any kind, so this job feels like it’s just the perfect place for me.

Yes. That’s right. Of all things a giant power bar was dropped off on our kitchen counter by a friend who got it from the factory. All the power bars had melted together untill they had become one huge power bar, so the factory decided they didn’t want them. George did though! He brought it to us and said it was a preasant. Wow! That’s alot of power bar!

My wedding will be beautiful. I have already started looking at jewelry, dresses for my bridesmaids, wedding gowns, and flowers. The only trouble I’m having is, were’s the groom? I ‘m sure I will find the perfect one someday, but for now I content myself with the life I have. I’m happy, what more can I ask for?

My bike

One of my very favorite passtimes is riding bike. I love to ride allong the country roads, feal the soft breeze on my face, and simply being able to take a slow look at the interresting country side. Today I decided it looked like a perfect oppertunity to make a quick morning ride into our nearby small town, just for fun. I made a right on one of the roads and was soon arriving at our little neighborhood coffee and flower shoppe. It was a pleasant sort of morning and I decided to show off my new bike to the owners who are friends of mine. I happely persuaded them to come out and have a look at my newly accuired bike (a really snazzy Buffy Mom picked up at a yard sale for $25. She had given it to me for my birthday. I was so proud.) After leaving the coffee shoppe, I decided to see if mom was visiting Dorothy in town so I hopped on my bike and headed accross the road. I looked down and, to my dismay, my tire was quickely going flat. Oops! I must have run over a puncture vine. So I hobbled my bike to Dorothy’s and Mom was not there. I could see it was going to be a long walk home. Luckely Hue, dorothy’s neighbor had a bike pump and he filled me up on air before I headed home as fast as I could. This fix was short lived though and I ended up walking my poor dear bike home. It was a lovely walk though and I was glad to have a nice little adventure as well as a nice walk. It was a sticky sort of day and I have decided to look on the bright side, at least I got a nice tan. :)
